Basement Renovations

The homeowner provided their vision for a truly unique basement and we helped to refine the design and ensure that all of the requisite creature comforts were carefully integrated into the finished product. A high-end 3 piece bathroom with a heated floor and large format porcelain tile was constructed. A home theater with nine in-wall speakers provides all of the movie enjoyment that you'll ever need, without taking up any extra space. A wet bar with LED cabinet lighting and all-wood cabinetry is great for entertaining and the tile back-splash is matched to the floor foyers and television feature wall. A beautiful oak staircase leads into the finished space where you'll also find a home-gym with built-in shelving and wall mounted flat panel television for workout-sessions.
