 Bathroom Renovations

Large Ensuite Bathroom Renovation

On this project, we were tasked with completely overhauling an outdated master bathroom. The goal was to modernize the space, expand the size of the shower, and brighten things up with new lighting throughout. The new vanity features a green-glass countertop, complete with chrome waterfall-style faucets for the basins. You'll also notice the beautiful freestanding tub situated next to the picturesque bay window, which overlooks a forested area. This bathroom renovation provided the homeowner with a highly functional bathroom that also added significant value to the home.

Basement Bathroom Remodel With New Shower

For this basement bathroom, we had a fairly compact space in which to work. The challenge here was to completely overhaul this 1970's basement bathroom, giving the homeowner a more luxurious experience while also adding value to the home, in preparation for a potential sale sometime down the road. We gutted the bathroom and built an entirely new waterproof shower featuring bright subway tiles on the walls with a glass accent strip. We also got rid of some bulky sconce lighting in the bathroom and gave the homeowner new LED pot lights, conveniently controlled by a dimmer switch. The use of neutral colours, bright lighting, and modern building materials substantially transformed this bathroom.

Accessible Bathroom Renovation With Curbless Shower

This bathroom was renovated in order to assist a senior citizen with mobility issues. The old bathroom was poorly equipped in this regard and we completely gutted the existing bathroom in order to remake it from the ground up with accessibility and safety in mind. Secure blocking in the framing was added to facilitate grab bar installation after the tiling was complete. We strengthened the framing which allowed us to install a folding bench for the new curbless shower. The subfloor was adjusted and fully waterproofed so that our customer could walk into the shower without having to step over a curb. Sleek, modern, and smooth sliding glass doors were installed to keep water inside the shower area while being supremely easy to operate. A comfort height vanity with 36 inch countertop height makes sink usage much easier. The end result is a beautiful, modern, and safe bathroom that will serve this homeowner very well for many years to come.
