 Bathroom Renovations

Removing the separate water closet and oversized tub deck (see before photos) gave us a large 8'x13' space to work with. The homeowner wanted a larger shower and showpiece freestanding tub without having the room feel cramped. We were able to move the toilet to sit where the old shower was and this gave us enough room to enlarge the shower and add a corner bench. Removing the old jacuzzi tub deck allowed us to move the vanity over to the left and also add a new freestanding tub which we installed in the corner with a wall-mounted tub filler. The customer selected a very stylish walnut vanity with quartz countertop to serve as the centerpiece of the space. A Schluter heated floor system ensures that bare feet will be warm and toasty on cold winter days.

The builder's master bathroom in this home was over thirty years old and the homeowner was eager to update it and make serious changes. We renovated it from top to bottom using the homeowner's careful selection of contrasting materials and the end result was stunning. Matte black fixtures offset the white trim, tub, and cabinets while the faux-teak feature wall anchors the space. The matte black fixtures continue into the new shower, complete with large 24x24 polished porcelain wall/ceiling tile and contrasting dark-hex floor tile. We also added a linen closet for convenience which contains ample shelving and storage.

This hall bathroom was in need of updating. The homeowner wanted to remove the old tub and have a walk-in shower. We fully gutted the old bathroom, including the bulkhead above the old tub area in order to provide a full height shower. The homeowner selected black fixtures and accents, which provide a nice contrast to the light subway tile used in the shower. 12x24 porcelain tile was installed on the floor in a half offset pattern including a tiled floor vent. A modern walnut vanity with double sinks and quartz countertop finishes this bathroom off. The updated bathroom now serves as a stylish and functional space for the family.

The homeowner wanted the bathroom entirely redesigned. This was the builder's original bathroom (30 + years old) that made poor use of the space with an unnecessarily large tub deck and water closet. We removed the old tub deck and dividing wall to create one open space. A sleek freestanding tub, large shower, and elegant overall design make this a very pleasant space to use. Very large 2' x 4' porcelain tiles were used on the floor to minimize grout lines and provide a clean, modern appearance. The Schluter heated floor ensures that bare feet will remain warm on cold winter days.

For this project, the homeowner had a nice space to work with. This was a large main bathroom with plenty of natural light, thanks to the generously sized bay window. The homeowner wanted to completely remodel the space, and we did some plumbing adjustments to accommodate their request. We moved the supply plumbing to the opposite end of the shower, creating a more convenient fixed opening, with just a single pane of glass to block water splash. A stylish new dual sink vanity, quartz window sill piece, and brushed nickel fixtures finished the space off nicely. Our electricians also did an excellent job with the LED ceiling lighting, further augmenting the lighting of the space.
